About House Renewal Works
We started House Renewal Works because homeowners deserve better than mystery invoices, ghosted texts and a driveway full of half-finished work. Every project gets a dedicated project lead, a fixed written scope, a shared photo timeline and a crew that cleans up before it leaves.
Our teams are licensed, background-checked and insured. We pull the permits, coordinate inspections, and hand you a digital folder with warranties, receipts and care instructions the day we finish.
You approve a line-by-line scope before a single tool comes out of the truck. Change orders only happen with your written yes β never a surprise on the final bill.
Carpenters, tile setters, electricians, plumbers and designers under one roof means fewer handoffs, tighter schedules and one accountable point of contact.
Track milestones, approve selections, message your lead and pay securely from your phone. No more guessing what happens tomorrow morning.
Every build is backed by a written labor warranty plus manufacturer coverage on materials, all stored in your digital home file for easy claims.

Six promises we put in writing on every single contract.
You get a day-by-day calendar before demo starts. If we slip past the agreed finish date without a documented reason, you get a daily credit β automatically.
Message your project lead directly. Weekday replies land within four business hours, and every decision is logged in the portal so nothing gets lost in a text thread.
Labor, materials, disposal, permits and contingency are itemized. You see supplier pricing on big-ticket selections, so there is no hidden markup buried in a lump sum.
Every technician is background-checked, uniformed, badge-carrying and covered by liability plus workers' comp. You always know exactly who is walking through your door.
Dust barriers, floor protection, air scrubbers and a daily sweep. We recycle what we can, haul the rest, and never leave a dumpster sitting past the week it's needed.
Pay by milestone, use a renovation loan, or tap equity through our lending partners. Soft-pull pre-qualification takes minutes and never dings your credit score.
Free on-site or video visit. We measure, photograph and talk budget honestly.
3D layouts, material boards and a fixed line-item proposal you approve digitally.

By visiting our website, submitting a service request, requesting a consultation, approving a proposal, or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions. Specific projects may also be governed by a separate written agreement, proposal, or work order.
Descriptions, photographs, examples, and other information displayed on our website are provided for general reference. Actual services, materials, finishes, availability, and project results may vary according to property conditions, selected specifications, and the written project agreement.
Initial consultations and website inquiries help us understand your requirements but do not automatically create a binding construction contract. A project becomes authorized only after the applicable scope, pricing, responsibilities, and other material terms have been documented and accepted in writing.
Renovation and improvement work may reveal conditions that were not visible during an initial inspection, including structural deficiencies, moisture intrusion, outdated plumbing, electrical issues, pest damage, or code-related concerns. Additional work required because of such conditions may require separate approval and pricing.
You agree to provide accurate project information and reasonable access to the property. The work area should be reasonably accessible and free from personal items that could interfere with construction. You are responsible for notifying us of known hazards, restrictions, property rules, or conditions that could affect the project.
Materials, fixtures, appliances, finishes, and other products will be selected according to the approved project documentation. Product availability may change because of manufacturer decisions, supply interruptions, or shipping delays. Where necessary, replacement selections may be proposed for customer approval.
Requests to modify the approved design, layout, finishes, quantities, materials, or services must be documented before the additional work is performed. Approved changes may increase the project price, extend the completion schedule, or require revised material orders.
Project dates are planned in good faith but are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise in a signed agreement. Weather, permitting, inspections, material availability, supplier delays, labor availability, concealed conditions, and other circumstances may affect scheduling. We will make reasonable efforts to provide updates when material delays occur.
Any deposit, progress payment, or final balance will be handled according to the payment schedule stated in the applicable project agreement. Customers are responsible for reviewing invoices and raising legitimate billing questions promptly. Failure to meet agreed payment obligations may result in delayed or suspended work where permitted by the agreement.
Where permits, inspections, design approvals, engineering documents, or other governmental requirements apply, responsibilities will be identified in the project agreement. Permit processing and inspection schedules are controlled by the relevant authorities and may affect the overall project timeline.
Construction areas may contain tools, equipment, debris, temporary barriers, exposed surfaces, and other hazards. Customers, guests, children, and pets should remain outside restricted work areas. We may temporarily suspend work when conditions present an unreasonable safety risk to workers, occupants, or property.
Any workmanship warranty provided by us will be governed by the specific warranty terms contained in your project documentation. Products, appliances, fixtures, and equipment may carry separate manufacturer warranties. Warranty coverage may exclude ordinary wear, misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or damage caused by unrelated parties.
Cancellation or rescheduling requests should be provided in writing as early as possible. Amounts relating to completed design services, specially ordered materials, non-returnable products, or work already performed may remain payable according to the applicable agreement.
When you submit a contact or service form, you authorize us to respond regarding your request through the contact information you provide. Optional marketing communications may be discontinued at any time using the available unsubscribe or communication preference options. Service-related communications may continue when reasonably necessary to manage an active request or project.
Some projects may involve independent suppliers, specialty contractors, manufacturers, inspectors, designers, engineers, or other professional providers. Their services, products, warranties, and professional obligations may be governed by separate terms. Where applicable, those third-party terms apply independently of these website Terms & Conditions.

We will not be responsible for delays or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, governmental actions, utility interruptions, transportation disruptions, supplier shortages, emergencies, or other events that materially interfere with normal operations.
Where a signed project agreement, proposal, estimate, or work order contains terms that specifically address the same subject matter, those project-specific terms will control for that particular service or project to the extent permitted by law.
We may revise these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect changes in our services, website features, business practices, or legal requirements. Revised terms will be posted on this website. The version applicable to an existing project will be determined according to the applicable signed project documentation.
